Camp Parsons - Day two! (Monday)

Scouts woke up feeling refreshed and a little anxious, since most were having their first year at Camp Parsons. After waking up, breakfast waiters reported for duty. Scouts then went to their merit badges, some of these merit badges were more challenging than others, but scouts powered through the struggle!

Once merit badge classes were over, lunch waiters reported for duty, Scouts enjoyed having a meal after what already felt like all day! After lunch, Troop 498 did fun activities for hours. After that, waiters reported for dinner.

After dinner, scouts were allowed to wander off to stations for Free Time, some went rock climbing, others went swimming. This day was packed full of fun activities for the entire troop! Later, some scouts went to Astronomy, which is an optional merit badge. Scouts enjoyed getting to see stars like the Big Dipper without light pollution. After that fun, yet exhausting day, scouts went to bed and fell asleep. What a great day.
